Three Small UX Details That Make a Big Difference
UX Design: Three tiny details that clients don't notice until they're missing:
1. Loading state messaging
Don't just show a spinner. Tell people what's happening: "Loading your dashboard..." or "Processing payment..."
2. Error message tone
"Something went wrong" is vague and unhelpful. "We couldn't save your changes. Try again?" is human and actionable.
3. Empty state guidance
A blank screen with no instructions is a dead end. Show people what to do next: "No projects yet. Create your first one."
Not groundbreaking. But these small touches make products feel polished instead of half-finished.
