ApTap is building a platform that helps people take control of household bills and subscriptions, with the ability to spot opportunities to save, compare options, and switch services with far less friction.

Our focus was designing an experience that feels simple and confidence-building, even when the underlying workflows involve complex eligibility rules, supplier journeys, and banking integrations. The aim was always the same: make it obvious what is happening, what changes when you switch, and what the next step should be.

We worked closely with the team to shape key user flows and interaction patterns, then translated them into a scalable design system so the product could evolve quickly without losing consistency. That meant clear hierarchy, predictable components, and thoughtful edge cases like empty states, error states, and confirmation moments.
