Lit E. Gator is a dispute management platform that provides step by step guidance through complex legal processes, helping users prepare, launch, and manage claims and litigation more effectively.

Our role was to design a product experience that makes a high stress, high complexity journey feel structured and manageable. Legal workflows can be intimidating, so the interface needed to reduce cognitive load, guide users through the right sequence of actions, and keep progress clear at every stage.

We worked closely with the team to shape key flows and interaction patterns, with particular attention on clarity, tone, and trust. That meant simple language, predictable navigation, and strong feedback states, plus components that support document preparation and next step prompts without overwhelming the user.

Alongside the UI work, we developed a scalable design system to keep the experience consistent as the platform grows, covering core components, states, and patterns so new features can ship quickly without compromising usability.

The result is a calmer, more guided product experience that helps users move through disputes with more confidence, while giving the Lit E. Gator team a solid foundation to scale.
