Redefining customer loyalty in the fintech ecosystem with personalised rewards driven by real spending behaviour

LoyalBe is building a platform that helps banks and merchants create more effective loyalty programmes, using open banking to deliver personalised rewards based on real spending behaviour.
Our role was to design a website that clearly explains this new model, helping visitors quickly understand how the platform works and the value it creates for both financial institutions and their customers. Because the concept introduces a more advanced approach to loyalty, the website needed to balance clarity with credibility.
We worked closely with the LoyalBe team to structure content, define visual hierarchy, and design key pages that guide visitors through the product story in a logical and accessible way. Particular attention was given to simplifying complex ideas, ensuring the experience feels straightforward while still reflecting the sophistication of the platform.
The result is a website that positions LoyalBe confidently within the fintech space, supports conversations with partners and investors, and provides a clear, scalable foundation for the company’s continued growth.
